Welcome to your free Weekly Clearing Call sessions. These Compassion Key based sessions will run once a week for ten weeks on Sundays @ 3P PST until April 27, 2025.
I have found the Compassion Key methodology a very effective tool for clearing trauma related experiences. This form of personal and group healing uses a semi-guided meditation format to help you bring compassion to the most deeply wounded aspects within.
Compassion Key is a self-directed form of self-compassion using the Compassion Key Mantra of "I'm so sorry." If you are having trouble releasing some of the trauma from the recent Palisades Fire, please join me on 2/23 to do some release work.
